New Winter Menu

Yes it is that time of year again the winter menu is now on the table! Dont be disappointed the old favourites like Heifer Pie and Chicken Wensleydale are still there. We have managed to source a regular local supply of rib eye steak which must be the best rib eye for miles! Locally reared lamb well worth tasting! We are pleased to be sourcing corn fed duck from Goosnargh near Preston, it's got to be the best around.
We are delighted to have Swaledale Foods supplying some superb local pork and lamb. Oh and don't forget our friend Richard Jackson who has been supplying us with beef for 14 years. That is why the carvery is the best around! .
The special board is updated daily and Stuart our Head Chef is working wonders with some lovely twists on classic dishes.
